There are many health benefits of walking or running or  jogging regularly. Walking and running are two aerobic exercises .They are named so because they associate more air during the exercise than any other kind of exercises. By doing aerobic exercises regularly you can:

1. Improve overall oxygen consumption in your body.

2. Keep yourself physically fit.

3. Reduce risk of  developing diabetes.

4. Maintaining a good weight.

But knowing these benefits is not enough. You have to make a habit of doing these exercises.  Are you thinking; “Oh man! I don’t have time for walking or jogging. Life is too busy for me”  May be you are not that busy but lazy enough to walk or jog regularly. Well don’t worry. In both of the cases a “TREADMILL” can help you.

Treadmill is a kind of exercise equipment which helps a person to walk or run or jog while staying in the same place. So if you put a treadmill in your house you can enjoy walking or running while you stay at home. Isn’t it great :-) See the picture of the treadmill at left side. The place on the treadmill where you will walk or run  is a movable thing. While walking or running this moves at a speed adjusting the speed of your walking or running. For keeping a better balance you can hold the handles while doing exercises. Hopefully i will post details of treadmills in future.

Treadmill is a very effective alternative of walking or running outside. If you can’t afford to buy a treadmill but you can afford to be a member of a gym, then consider being member of the gym. Because now a days a standard gym will certainly keep a treadmill as they are very popular and effective exercise machines.

Keeping a good fitness level is something that you cannot ignore for a better life. Even if you are not very serious about doing exercises at least try to have a walk or jog or run regularly. You may not see results overnight, but you will start getting health benefits of doing these exercises over time.

Use treadmill if you are a busy or lazy person. Walk or run or jog regularly on treadmill. Keep yourself fit.
