Yes,a good health is certainly a blessing. But it seems not everyone enjoys this blessing. Now you can
ask me, "Why? Not everyone of us enjoys this blessing because,
only a few of us are actually health conscious and rest of us are careless about health.

We want sound body and mind but;- We don't have the time to take a good sleep or rest properly.

- We can't manage time to do exercises.
- We don't want to take a walk for only 30 minutes daily.
- We like to eat junk and unhealthy foods.
